How do you GET STARTED?
By booking an INITIAL CONSULT with the NURSE AND ED SESSION! (Click the first blue box option below!)
We are a private clinic; Alberta Health Care does not cover Shockwave. Our services are also not covered by your private health insurance plan. We ask you to please pay by credit card in advance for your first appointment when booking the Initial Assessment to minimize no-shows. If you need to send an e-transfer for the appointment, please contact the clinic at the email below and we can help get you booked in :)
Our Nurses are accepting Initial Consults on Weekdays and Saturdays!
AFTER YOUR CONSULT WITH THE NURSE, your initial package of 5 ED Sessions is available for purchase in the Clinic for $450 plus GST (5 ED sessions). We discount any subsequent package purchases (after your initial package purchase) to $350 plus GST (5 ED Sessions). In Clinic, we accept all payment methods.
Regular Clinic Hours for Follow-Up ED Sessions is 9am-6pm most Weekdays and 10am-2pm Saturdays (closed Thurs and Sun).

Initial Consult with Nurse and ED Session
This appointment must be your first appointment to the clinic. You will have a consultation with a Nurse regarding your individual health. If everything checks out the Nurse will give her recommendation for you to rent the Radial Shockwave machine and will go over the SIMPLE operating instruction video with you for you to do your first ED Session in our clinic. A completed Health History for the Nurse and a completed Equipment Rental Contract is required for this Session. Payment is required when booking to minimize no-shows. Billing is from a numbered company.
Follow-Up Consult with the Nurse and ED Session
This Session is optional. If you have further questions for the Nurse, you are welcome to book this session for a Follow-Up Consultation. Includes time for an ED Session with a completed Equipment Rental Contract for this Session. Payment is required when booking to minimize no-shows.
