ED TREATMENTS & MEN’S HEALTH Welcome! Our Nurses are accepting Initial Consults on Tues’, Fri’s and Saturdays!

(A general phone inquiry is always FREE! Leave your name&number @ (780)410-0005 and we will return your call as soon as we are able! May take up to 24hrs.)

An initial package of 5 ED Sessions is available for purchase at the Clinic for $450 plus GST (5 ED sessions) after your Initial Consult with the Nurse. We discount your subsequent package purchases (after your initial package purchase) to $350 plus GST (5 ED Sessions).

Regular Clinic Hours for Follow-Up ED Sessions is 9am-6pm, Weekdays

Initial Consult with Nurse and ED Session

This appointment must be your first appointment to the clinic. You will have a consultation with a Nurse regarding your individual health. If everything checks out the Nurse will give her recommendation for you to rent the Radial Shockwave machine and will go over the SIMPLE operating instruction video with you for you to do your first ED Session in our clinic. This appointment must be your first appointment to the clinic. You will have a consultation with a Nurse regarding your individual health. If everything checks out the Nurse will give her recommendation for you to rent the Radial Shockwave machine and will go over the SIMPLE operating instruction video with you for you to do your first ED Session in our clinic. A completed Health History for the Nurse and a completed Equipment Rental Contract is required for this Session. Payment is required when booking to minimize no-shows. Billing is from a numbered company.

Follow-Up Consult with the Nurse and ED Session

This Session is optional. If you have further questions for the Nurse, you are welcome to book this session for a Follow-Up Consultation. Includes time for an ED Session with a completed Equipment Rental Contract for this Session. Payment is required when booking to minimize no-shows.

ED Session

Package of 5 ED Sessions available for $450 + GST, purchased through the clinic after your Initial Consult. This is a short 20 minute session. You will sign the equpiment rental contract for the Radial Shockwave machine and conduct the session on yourself. This session can only be booked after you have had an Initial Consult with the Nurse. Package of 5 ED Sessions available for $450 + GST, purchased through the clinic after your Initial Consult. This is a short 20 minute session. You will sign the equpiment rental contract for the Radial Shockwave machine and conduct the session on yourself. This session can only be booked after you have had an Initial Consult with the Nurse. As this session is a short 20 minutes, please ensure you arrive on time. Booked sessions will start and end on time in the clinic. A minimum of 6 sessions, 2 per week is generally recommended. A completed Equpiment Rental Contract is required for each session. Payment is required when booking to minimize no-shows. If you have a package already purchased on file, you should be able to click this option and it will default to your package when you log in.
